When a fearful thought enters mom B's head she immediately thinks: - Oh no, not again. This is going to hurt me.
Mom B is feeling the anxiety building up. The thoughts takes command, they feast on her fear allowing them to grow in strength. Soon the anxiety have grown in strength and she begins to panic.
-I must get out of here. I'm going to die.
All sense of rationality have been blown out the window. Mom B is now being controlled by her own fear.
Soon the panic releases its firm grip of mom B. Leaving her to worry about when the next panic attack is going to strike... The circle is fulfilled: Worry - Anxiety - Panic Attack - Relaxed State - Worry....and so on.
To cure yourself from anxiety and panic attacks you need to, understand this: The fearful thoughts in your head, everybody has them you know. You must try to allow yourself to just observe them and not react to them.

So relax.. You don't have any life threatening disease. Its all a trick by your mind.
You must really question yourself this:
If i cant see any threat? Is there any threat at all?
You must give in for the anxiety and the panic. I know its tough but it wont kill you. If you give in for the anxiety and the panic then you will take the power away from the anxiety and reducing it to what it once was. A thought!
